Excellent family room. The staff were courteous, friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed the warm hospitality of the staff from the reception, to room service as well as the restaurant at level 2. It has an ideal location which is walking distance to the Opera House. Easy to get transport.

The front desk staff were very friendly with my little grandchildren. The kids very excited about their passports and photos, loved decorating the muffins. All staff very friendly.

YEHS Hotel Sydney CBD
Location was great! Near tram, China town and town hall which are plenty of restaurant, food, shop and easy to travel with public transportation. In a room can hear other a bit when they close a door and speak at corridor. Staff was great support to guide travel spot in Sydney, I talked with Thai staff, K. Pair. Some guests smoked in a room and I smell strong smoked then I called to reception and very fast response from staff to tell that room. And other were very supportive and help me to pick up area for limousine service that I booked from credit card to go to airport. Thank you all staff for great support.

Perfect location and friendly staff๐๐ yet I have a little bit disappointment regarding the breakfast offered. I stayed there for 3 nights excluding breakfast. When I arrived, I was offered to take a breakfast with a discount due to Christmas so I thought it was a great idea knowing the next day was Christmas and I was kinda worried many restaurants would be closed so I wanted to take a breakfast on 25th but the remaining days I didn't want to take a hotel breakfast, unfortunately the staff said we couldn't take a breakfast only one day, it had to be taken based on the entire days we stayed.That was according to the system. Hope there will be a system which can ease customers so they can enjoy their stay.
