The front desk uncle is very rude, rather than the girl with another same hotel. We are staying here for working purposes so I'm asking him for a receipt to claim in office but the uncle answering me very rudely that they won't provide a receipt and he asked me to show what I have in my email to my office, he said if paid by cash he will give receipt but in online he won't. There are no options for me to book a hotel with pay in the hotel, there is only pay via online. Finally he said print myself and give it to the company. This is how he treats customers. Then I asked him if I would park a lorry with nothing to happen, he answered if anything happened at its own risk this how he behaved to answer. Better change someone with good politeness.
