It is not sound proof. We could not sleep properly we heard the steps of coming guests on the wall way, sound of strolling bags even the cart of cleaners we heard it when he was pushing and pulling the cart. No designated smoking area.

저는 매달 부투안으로 여행을 다니며 다양한 호텔을 이용해 보고 솔직하게 리뷰/비교하기로 했습니다. 이 호텔에서는 공항 픽업을 요청했습니다. 항공편 도착 세부 정보를 알려주었습니다. 포기하고 택시를 타기 전에 한 시간을 기다렸습니다. 호텔에서는 2년 전부터 픽업을 하지 않는다고 알려주었습니다. 광고에는 나와 있지 않았고, 제가 직접 특별 요청에 포함했기 때문에 픽업을 하지 않겠다고 알려주는 것이 불필요하다고 생각한 듯합니다. 픽업을 기대하며 공항에서 기다리게 하는 것은 매우 형편없는 고객 서비스이며 입맛이 나빴습니다.

Staff are very accommodating. As per the room it was nice and cozy. The pool is great. And their restaurant serves a fusion of thai Japanese cuisine it was good.

Nice room. Breakfast is good. Staff are helpful.

I cannot recommend this for traveler on budget because on top of the fee you paid @traveloka an additional fees may apply once you arrived at the hotel, in my case I have my 13 YO niece included in my booking and as per traveloka apps she's included on what I have paid, but when we arrive at the hotel we paid additional for her. I can reco the hospitality of the staff. But got disappointed with the the amenities, aircon is not cold and have a dusty smell, TV cable is not working the whole stay, toilet not flushing right away, sliding glass door in the shower stucks often, and the most disappointing part, was when they have me wait for 15mins for coffee to be served and tried to follow up twice but never served after waiting for almost an hour, so I just leave the dinning area.

Rooms is OK but need improvement, furnitures are already worn out. Bathroom tilling needs replacement. Look dirty lots of molds. Front desk very accommodating, however the restaurant staff not, I wanted to order but nobody left in the area to accommodate guest to dine, they are all in the kitchen and looks busy in the function, there should be at least a staff to accommodate dining guest from the hotel. I felt unwelcome and decided to dine outside.

It was a nice stay. Staffs are very kind and the room and services were great especially the breakfast. The WiFi is good. Thumbs up 👍.

They accomodated my request even my arrival is beyond the check in time. Even the guard is very helpful and the rest of the crew.

Thanks traveloka for smooth and hassle free transaction. We had a short fun experience in Butuan plus Grand palace is such a nice and clean space to stay. Will definitely recommend this to our friends
