photos and rooms not same. the photos was so good, but the fact, it's so bad. so many cracks in the wall, bathroom, table, and its so worst and smell. receptionist also not good, not friendly

가격대비 만족도가 높고, 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔입니다.

직원들은 매우 친절했고 중국어를 제대로 할 줄 모르지만 공항으로 가는 MRT 이용이 매우 편리했습니다. 특히 아침 항공편이 있는 경우 아침 식사는 오전 7시에 시작되며 음식은 매우 맛있었습니다.

We had a pleasant stay here eventhough the hotel is located at Taoyuang and it's quite far from Taipei but the location itself was near with convinience store,malls, night market, bus and train station.

Room was smaller than expected but it was sufficient for a solo traveller. Everything clean and neat upon check in. There will be a train station beside it as well from July 2023 onwards so it 's gonna be a very good location.

Thank You so much Lotus Yuan Business Hotel. We enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights and it’s easy to look for any restaurant to eat near the area. Our room was clean even though the Aircon is not cold but still ok because you have a fan and Thank you also for the free breakfast. May God bless you all.😇🙏🏻

방이 넓어요. 샤워도 완벽해요. 여기 머무는 걸 좋아해요 😍.

Receptionist are very accommodating. They speak English to some guest who doesn't speak mandarin. Clean and nice room. Perfect place for leisure travel and vacation.

위치가 놀랍습니다. 지역 기차와 버스 터미널에서 한 블록 떨어져 있습니다. 직원들은 별로 도움이 되지 않았고 친절하지 않았으며, 중국어(대만의 국어)로도 잘 소통하지 못했고 영어도 할 줄 모릅니다. 우리는 숙박한 지 이틀째 되는 날 바퀴벌레 몇 마리가 나타나서 놀랐지만, 호텔 직원(우리가 중국어로 소통했을 때)은 놀라지 않고, 대신 매우 정상적인 일이라고 말했습니다(호텔에 바퀴벌레가 있는 건 정상인가요?!). 나중에 치워줄 거라고 했습니다.
