Hotel Neo Malioboro by ASTON

At my last day staying there, it was a big commotion coming from next room, sounds of someone is working on the wall and it was very loud and irritating. I called the receptionist, she answered but there was no follow up until the time of my check out. Disappointed for having no response.

I mean.. It could be better. There are stains on the sheets, the bathroom water heater didn’t work properly and also the air conditioner didn’t seem to be working. Please upgrade the service and cleanliness.

Prima In Hotel Malioboro

The staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Loved the chicken porridge and black sticky rice porridge. The room are spacious. They clean the room every day. Location in a walking distance to Malioboro street.
