During the pandemic we've been stayed at several five stars hotels for a staycation. With that being said, we can say confidently that we had experienced the best service from all staffs here in Ritz-Carlton Pacific Place. The staffs were very accommodative. They know you, they call you by your name. They always made sure that we had all our needs fulfilled. The food was superb with so many variations from western to eastern and a mix of both. The room was spacious and clean, and the view was spectacular! Looking forward for our next stay!

Perfect. They have a very nice staff from check in till check out they help me very well. The Hotel upgrade my room to the premier deluxe what a nice surprise for year end staycation with some friends. I got a city view, they approved all of my request! Food for breakfast ? Ugh feel like wanna eat all menu 😊 Thank you Le Meredien, I had a good time. My end and new year night well spent! Hope I can stay there again soon

I had a pleasant stay at Fraser Sudirman. The place was terrific, the suite was fancy and spacious, so the room is far better than what I expected. I think the marketing team needs to upload a nicer pictures for these rooms because the current one doesn't really represent the real condition. The suite even has a working space and a washing machine. The kitchen has a full range of cooking utensils. The bedroom was comfy and there was two extra pillows. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub and a shower. Unfortunately the TV was not a smart one so it was not possible to watch Netflix. My only input is to enforce a stricter health protocol, since I didn't see the staff wearing double masks. And they should check whether the guests has already been vaccinated or not.

Its my 2nd time stay here for concert near Senayan because its so closed by. Its comfortable enough to stay after concert and their hospitality was great. But maybe for receptionist please open on 6AM same like breakfast just like other hotels.
