The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Had breakfast here, and the food was fresh. The stay was worth the cost. Would come back again for another business trip.

I just tried 2 hotels before Grand Zuri. It was kind of 4 stars hotel. But it wasn't make my family satisfied. There's something trouble with their service, food and other. 🥹. But this Grand Zuri is the best hotel in town. That we ever stayed at. Then you guys should try! The food is very variable, the fruits so fresh. Ahh couldn't say more, just try! Thank you all the staff. Very kindly 🤍🤍

Room not well prepared, the remote TV not functional, already complaint but no solution, pillow only 2 for 2 bed, other room 4 pillow for 2 bed, room smoke feel from AC, downstandard?

Overall it was a great experience, I even upgrade my room to junior suites, and it's worth it, definitely recommend this hotel
