I spent 4 days here with all of my team for the event, the most annoying part of this hote is just the staff coordination, I often repeating my request to a different receptionist just because the didn't get any info from the previous person.

The staffs are very friendly, the room is clean and tidy. Great view. The shuttle feature to the mall is very convinient. I really enjoy my stay. Great for staycation 🫰

The staff are very friendly here, loved the location because it's located in uncrowded area, easy access to anywhere such as minimarket or restaurants, the process for checking in are fast and simple, I have been to this hotel for many times if I wanted to stay in BSD area, in conclusion, recommended for a 3stars hotel! With easy access to AEON Mall, The Breeze, and other attractions, it’s very convenient for guests. 🛏️ Room Comfort & Cleanliness The Superior Twin Room was clean and neatly arranged upon arrival. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the overall room ambiance was pleasant and well-maintained. Despite being a smoking room, there was no overpowering smoke odor, which is a plus for those who prefer fresh air indoors. ❄️ Air Conditioning The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room at an ideal temperature throughout my stay. This was especially important considering the warm weather outside. 🛎️ Service & Facilities The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The bathtub in my room doesn't work. I think there's a problem with the sink of the bathtub.

Quite Nice overall, will be back for business trip if the location is at Bumi Serpong Damai.

Room was good, Staff friendly fast response, food on breakfast ok not bad, pls to sanitize shower head look dirty.
