Got free upgrade to suites apparently I really appreciate that, it's my first ever stay at swiss bell hotel and it was amazing, as a hotelier I also expecting a great service and facilities and you all nailed that even though a bit disappointed with the gym being renovated during my stay but hopefully in the future it will be open, I'll be back swiss bell baloi I might expect a free upgrade too haha 😜😁 #JK. Mark my words, this won't be my last time staying at this hotel.

I like this hotel very near to the shopping mall. And very comportable and clean.

Staff very friendly, very clean area and room good house keeping, nice view from high level will come back again, thks to all staff.

Room no 228 partly not able to turn, bathroom no hanger for hanging clothes no restaurant, sad the service very poor, regret staying compared to before covid time was to good, but know very bad.

Staff was friendly. Concierge was prompt when collecting luggages from the room. Hotel was old, Room was not as clean for a 4 star hotel, stained bedsheet, aircon was dripping water suspect aircon filter dirty and not clean. Overall stay for 1 night transit was normal like any 3 star hotel. Traveloka should change it the hotel star rating to 3 as this isn't a 4 star hotel standard.

i triend all of the menu and feels like home cooking. accessible to city center, near with durian shops

Could did some cleaning/polishing at flooring and amenities should be rereplenish when needed.
