I had pleasant stay here, the room was clean and tidy, the staffs were very helpful, the room amenities were complete, and the food was great. The hotel location is minutes away by walking from nagoya hill and nagoya city centre and minutes away by car/taxi from harbour bay port. Definitely will stay here again when visiting Batam.

Nagoya Mansion Hotel & Residence Batam
We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, Rikki. He explained the terms of stay very well. However, I might have missed the explanation about where my room was and its location. just figured it out myself by asking the lady at the residence area, and she told me where the location was. Overall, the service was good.
Just a small feedback regarding the breakfast area by the pool. I was unsure whether the tables were in use or not. As an outdoor venue enthusiast, it would like to dine at the outdoor tables. However, the condition of the tables was not very presentable (dusty), which seemed to downgrade the value of the restaurant's facilities. However we wish to stay back. Thank you.

Thank you for the simple decorations and that surprise complimentary cake my partner love it so much it's been a pleasure to stay in your place again love the hospitality and ambience of the place, interested on trying the suites tho on my next visit 😜 I'll see you soon swiss-bellin and yeah send my regards to all the staff over there
