Premium location and very good for rilexs and easy to find some food serrounding. Friendly staff and clean rooms. I very recommendedfor this hotel. And will be back to stay.

I recently stayed at Lorin Sentul and overall, it was a pleasant experience. However, check-in took about an hour due to a large crowd, possibly because of the long weekend. The hotel should consider anticipating this, especially since the lobby is relatively small. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, but I did notice some areas showing signs of wear. The walls were a bit dirty, and there were a few spots that could have been cleaner. Other than that, everything was fine and the stay was enjoyable.

5/5 stars! Fantastic staycation experience. Hotel staff were friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring local cuisine and family-friendly activities.

The room were spacious, and having lots of supporting facilities for children. We also try the shuttle bus to access the baby zoo, it was nice! I also request a baby cot and they provided it in our room. We will definitely come back for the next holiday.

No slipper, No mineral water, No ammenities, No towel, and the window is leaking from outside

We stay for 24 days, with one children 2 yrs old, overall was very nice we love the bathtub, but the hotel do need renovation to make the hotel more alive and still keep the legend it self Thank you Hotel Salak

We took junior suite room on third floor. Spacious but I think the air conditioner must be cleaned regularly.
