I like this hotel. Good view and for breakfast also yummy

Stayed for 3 nights. They need to change the bedsheets, pillows and towels with new ones. Everything looks very old and dirty, it doesn't even smell good. They need to repaint the room. There is only 1 pillow provided and it feels like a rock so hard so they need to change it too. The bathroom also needs to be fixed, the shower is very old and doesn't drain well. I asked to change all the bedsheets, pillows and sheets everyday but they didn't. There is no convenience store near the hotel.

Immaculately clean, quick check in and check out, bedding is great so comfy. Perfect location with cafe and restaurant in vicinity. Will surely come back.

if you're looking for another hotel vibes instead the ordinary one, Roemah 28 is a good option. I like the ambience, interior and antiques around. Tried to enjoy the coffee in the morning outside and just to be present. the location is in the house complex neighborhood, so it's quiet, walkable to the USU. The room is small but enough, and it's comfortable. just remember if you bring luggages, the rooms are located on the second and third floor, so be ready to bring it by yourself. The staff might help, but when I was there, there's only one staff and I don't think she could help with my heavy luggage. However, it was nice experience to stayed here.

The running water was completely slow and didn't work well. Most disappointing, the door couldn't even be locked when we leave. It needs a lot awareness and attention to the property.
