Many power sockets, functional lamps, 2 TV, functional towels, completed with bolsters, a bath salt, 2 pairs of comfy sandals, 4pcs tea and coffee compliments, a weight measure, a hairdryer, locker, and bath clothes also. always like to the pay attentions for details and decorated towels also on the bed. Nice pools views and breakfast rooms also. Recommended to come back again to stays here💖

It was an awesome experience to spend my new year holiday in this 18th floor hotel room for 4d3n. That was so high, I can see Suramadu and queue of cars at entrance of Tunjungan Plaza from my large window. I have no complain for my room and the bathroom. The 100k laundry for 12 peices was cheap and helpful. Just fyi, the phone in the room is unable to make an outgoing call but you can use the phone in the lobby by asking the front desk. The breakfast was various, they serve a traditional and western menu, I love their traditional snack corner so I can try the local food in my short trip right on my breakfast. Thank you Aria Centra and staff for a fabulous hospitality !

From the first time my foot step the Santika Pandegiling I feel the warm welcome from the staff. The receptionist voice intonation was so perfect so that make me feel like I am welcoming by them, if I am not mistaken her name was Ellen. Then again I enter room and I was surprise when I saw a welcome cake and welcome letter with my name mentioned in the table, small touch but meaningful. The breakfast was so delicious. Everything was so amazing here. For sure I will be coming back here

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at jw marriott Surabaya! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with top-notch hospitality. The staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and immaculately clean. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and stunning city views. The hotel amenities were fantastic, especially the pool and fitness center, which I used daily. The dining experience was also excellent - the variety of food offered was impressive, and everything was delicious. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the quality of service and food left me thoroughly satisfied. I also appreciated the hotel's strategic location, making it easy to explore Surabaya's vibrant attractions. Amaris Hotel Embong Malang
I requested to clean my room when I leaved. But it not happened yet when I back to my room. I asked for mineral water and new towel but it come so long. Please increase your service. If you need more time or cannot do the job at that time just tell the guest from the beginning. So they will not dissappointed.
