Great place to relax with your family

Worth the stay. The hotel has all the basic facility. Housekeeping is excellent at keeping the rooms tidy and all amenities ready. The rooms can do with improvements; It 's not overall soundproof and the walls may do with repainting. The showers are hot, which is a huge plus. Huge parking area. Smoking areas provided. Great location. The heating kettle works well. There are twin bed rooms and single bed rooms. The service is friendly, though sadly, my notes for booking a specific type of room was left un-noticed. Over all, the service and facilities are up to standard, although some improvements can be made.

Water in toilet broken and waiting for fixing, room not ready when come in 15.00 wib, hot water not function, dirty in bed area, wall broken in some place

It only takes a short stroll to go to the West and East Beaches. The facilities are quite decent. Have a clean kids friendly pool. A varied and tasty breakfast. Some areas that require improvement are: The cleanliness of the room (the floor is still sandy); Would be better to include tea or coffee for room service (though minor but matter); If at all feasible, modernize the furniture & room design, and upgrade the TV channels. Overall, though, it is still recommended and well worth the cost.

The pillows were very smelly, I had to send them away so that I can breath fresh air. The towels looked dirty (white towel looked grey).

Friendly staff, clean bedroom and bathroom, TV and AC are working fine. Only bad thing would be the slow Wi-Fi.
