Hotels near Kapten muslim

Nice location, at city center. Good price.

The hotel has many staff. But staff don't seem to be of quslity at work. Room was stuffy. Pillow was moist and so is bed. Need to use heater to clrean pillow and bed. Lousy pillow, only 2 pillow in bed, small and thin. I slept in other hotels, grand kanaya hotel the wosrt pillow, neck strain. Toilet edges are dirty. Room edges are dirty. Towel has smell although dry. Food in restaurant is average, fish has smell. Juice had flat taste. Only pineapple was good.

The Room is not presentable, bathroom dirty, room was leaking & linen bad smell I think they not change.

The staffs very friendly and helpful for all assistance needed.

Never came back again to this place! The receptionist kind of unfriendly and have bad attitude. The rooms that they have are very different from the picture. The only room that similar with the picture is in the highest floor, when we came the room not ready yet and kind of scary. The bed that we have is dirty and the towel not hygienic. We cannot take a shower because the water pressure is really low and we cannot lock the door at all. We booked for 4 night but decide to check out immediatelly in the same day that we check in because we can't endure this OYO anymore. The price is pricey for the low quality they served. We're very dissapointed. Before you choose this OYO please read this review. Thanks!
