I feel so lucky to booked the Prime Hotel online. I feel comfortable to stay here for 3 nights. All the staff that I met were very helpful and polite to answered my question.The room big enough for me and I feel safe as I stay alone. I came around 10pm and the checked in process was very quick 👍🏻 The room was clean and up to my expectation consider the price. And I love it because it just walking distance to the shopping places are such as Pavillion, Sunge Wang and the bukit bintang areas as well as monorail stations. I will recommend this hotel to other friends and definitely will come back💚 Thank you👍🏻

Very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The cleanliness of the hotel was far below expectations, making it uncomfortable to stay. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
