Room was good stay during wedding day but no room upgrade 😂 the breakfast can be improved the taste and variety of food is OK only location is great just beside the mall. The parking need to turn all the way up to level 7.

Enjoyed my stay thoroughly. The hotel was very well maintained (maybe cause it's very new), a great location to Pavilion (5mins grab ride or 10mins walk) Very nice view of the city, and one of the tallest buildings in Bukit Bintang. Breakfast was good, although the coffee machine keep breaking down which could be an issue for some. Seats at the breakfast area are slightly too close to one another but overall worth considering for breakfast. The front desk was great but slightly not proactive when I was trying to check in, but don't think it was deliberate. The room itself was great, although the flush was broken when I was there. Channels were limited but has screen mirroring for android and Inbuilt movie selection. The bed is firm and the air conditioning is responsive. The pool view is really one of a kind, an infinity pool with a great overview of the city skyline. The gym is great with open areas and a wide selection of machines. 9/10 will definitely come back when visiting Kuala Lumpur. Thanks, Capri staff!

it's always my favorite place to stay. Every time I visit KL, I always stay in this hotel. The staffs are friendly, the room is spacious and cozy, the breakfast is superb and it's close to Bukit Bintang and Berjaya Times Square mall.

A very noisy night until 7:00 am. The sound of very loud music from the speakers at the nearby Club. It is very surprising why a club can have a large license to operate until the morning without any control from the PBT or City Hall.

The room is okay, but not so comfortable to stay for more than one night. The room is not worth the price. The air conditioning is not like 16 degrees Celsius. I mean, we pay more than RM100 for a night, but the room is too small for that price, and the air conditioning is not like you imagine when staying at a hotel with that price. This is not my first time, but the conditions still did not improve.

Hotel Komune Living and Wellness Kuala Lumpur (广民公园酒店)
The staff are friendly and helpful. Even the foreign security guards are good in English and communication. The place is great overall. The room is ok for the price. I got medium-size fridge (I love it) in the hotel room but the space is a little bit limited and tight (I booked a twin room with my buddy).
The location is very near to HCTM UKM (800m) and behind is this hotel is the famous Tasik Permaisuri Cheras. There are eateries nearby (I ate in nearby foodtruck place) and within this hotel itself there are 7-eleven and Starbucks.
There are great swimming pool (open 7am-9pm) , gym (24-hour) and many game rooms in 6th floor. There are others in level 3A (spa, warm swimming pool, many game rooms etc.) but it is only for residents, not for hotel guests. However there are no clear signage about this I only found out about this on my own when my access card could’nt access the facilities in level 3A. Only then I flind out about facilities in level 6.
My access card also can’t access the elevator in West wing (there are three elevators) I can only use it with East and Central (lobby) wings. After 10pm the gym can only be accessed through West wing so there comes the problem.
Despite this I love this hotel and have a mostly great experience. I will come again.
