Villa in Ly Thai To Ward

The room was not like the photos in the ads, it was old and mouldly. The restroom smells so bad I didn't want to get change in the that room. I have a baby so when I recieved the room with such bad convenience like that I was super disappointed.

I want a refund immediately ! Tiny entrance looks like hidden cave ! Stinky toilet. Bodysoap was filled in water bottles. I paid 40 dollars - 900.000 VND for this one. I want a refund !

The staff was very friendly and helpful especially the receptionist who checked me in on 12/28 and out on 12/30/24.

The worst staying experience ever. - The room looked like there was no cleaning whatsoever. - The bathroom was dirty and wet. - The slides were all wet. Bed cover was in dust. - There was dog shit odor in the elevator. - Hot water was coming out only like 5 mins and we gotta bathe in cold water. - It was very noisy in the early morning, probably around 6am. There was no one renting a room at our floor though. The price of the room is quite cheap, but should I have known it was this bad I would have booked airbnb.

Mixed Experience with Room Relocation I originally booked my stay at Central E, but upon arrival, I was informed that the bathroom had a sewage issue that required urgent fixing. As a result, I had to be moved to another hotel nearby, part of a chain with seven sister properties located in the old town. After multiple room changes of back-and-forth, I finally settled in. The room was clean and well-equipped, the initial inconvenience was having to switch hotels and rooms and the time it took to finalize the arrangements left a mixed impression. Overall, the experience wasn’t too bad, but I’d recommend confirming room readiness in advance to avoid similar delays.

Very good location, near sightseeing spots, street food. Clean hotel and helpful receptionist.
