On site interactions were spot on, but pre & post chats were non-existent. I sent about 10 emails to the hotel pre arrival and none of them got answered.
No tootbrush/body wash, the bathroom is leaking, so on the second day I have to move to another room, I can't using the wifi. Check in time is too slow, there is no receptionist in the counter. I have to wait and wait and wait to go to my room.
