It was a pleasure to stay here, the rooms are comfortable, the soap smells good, the aroma of flowers. The breakfast is delicious, complete (appetizer, main course, dessert), the equipment in the kitchen is quite complete, can make toast, cook noodles, fry eggs, etc. The pool is clean, the atmosphere is calm, the view on the beach is okay for watching the sunrise / sunset. Too bad I only stayed here for a day because I had to move to the next destination. Next time if I have the opportunity to go to the Candidasa area, I want to stay here again. We had five nights at Griya Santrian in late October 2024, and we really enjoyed it. We had a deluxe room near the Tropical (Middle) Pool, but we also looked at standard rooms and they were fine too.
Breakfast in the beachside terrace room was very good, with excellent staff and service. The main beachfront pool was an excellent social focus, and we met lots of people from around the world. There were a lot of Western Europeans staying there.
The location is excellent, almost exactly in the 'middle' of Sanur, half way along the 7 km boardwalk. We could stroll from the resort to literally dozens of warungs and restaurants every evening for dinner. Supermarkets were close too, as was the new Icon Bali Mall.
The beach in front of the hotel was nice, although Sanur Beach as a whole isn't great for swimming. We swam mostly in the three hotel pools.
Wi-Fi was good, although it could be slow in the late afternoon. TV reception was below par, with a fuzzy weak signal, and it needs upgrading to modern standards.
Overall, we loved staying at the Griya Santrian and would readily stay there again. Recommended for seniors, couples, and families with kids, although there is no kids pool or kids club.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Nirjhara for 3 days and 2 nights, and we'd like to give a 5-star review for the exceptional amenities, cleanliness, staff service, and stunning views. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff were warm, personal, and greeted us by name. The entire resort exuded tranquility and peace, exactly what we were looking for. The food was outstanding, and the service at the restaurant, Ambu, was both prompt and attentive. Special thanks to Mul and two other ladies who served us—unfortunately, we didn't catch their names, but their hospitality was deeply appreciated. We are particularly grateful to the Nirjhara team for their quick and caring response when my husband had an episode of “Bali Belly.” A heartfelt thank you to Windu, who stayed with us, offering calm support and the option to call an emergency doctor, and to Wiwet, who assisted throughout. Their kindness and professionalism brought immense comfort during a stressful moment. Thankfully, my husband recovered fully, and we were able to leave the resort in good health.

Awesome place to stay! Too bad we were not able to try their breakfast but I am pretty sure it's sumptuous. We checked in late and so we decided to have dinner at their resto which has been a wise decision because the food is really yummy. A welcome drink is a plus. Very nice room and so comfy. Highly recommended not only because of the food and excellent service but also because this place is just near to the airport. Very convenient for those who booked an early flight like us.🙌
