staff service all good (greeting,fast response) ,cleaness at the room area need to do dusting (phone,drinking tray,table are dusty),room wall to dirty need to renovation (painting),bath room shower not working because to many sludge

Having stayed at 101 Surya Kencana in Bogor and being satisfied with the experience, we were curious to try staying at 101 Dago in Bandung, which we had previously noticed while passing by. We stayed just for one night as a transit stop from Tasik and were heading back to Tangerang the next day, but we were pleased with the service here. The check-in and check-out process was quick, and the room was surprisingly spacious. It even had a work desk, a balcony with chairs and a table, and everything was comfortable. The air conditioning was very cold, and the hot water worked well in the bathroom. There was also staff monitoring the parking area. There was no noise from the outside or the neighboring rooms (soundproof), so as someone who is not a morning person, I was able to rest comfortably and fully before continuing our journey. Thank you for the great service.

A relatively old hotel but tranquility and food was very good. Need to upgrade utilities such as electricity and water systems

Overall great. But improve the AC and water heater.

Nice place to stay, just need maintenance regularly especially for broken hose for toilet and water tab for shower was broken. But it was manage to fix by the maintenance staff.
