When I arrived at the hotel last night the receptionist said that there was no reservation under my name, he said it was cancelled by the ‘ travel agent/online booking agent’, he said whether I received any cancellantion info/email and of course I didn't received any cancellation info. The receptionist said that he would take care the problem with their reservation team and will let me know today. However, I have to pay for my room last night by my credit card for normal rate. It is so disappointed it happened to me after my 8 hours flight! What should I do to have refund as I have paid additional charge for my room last night. Thanks.
