We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was better than expected. Room was spacious & clean. Happy with appliances in the kitchen and also ironing board, very handy! The view from our room is also great! Staffs were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come back here if we are in town again.

10 people stayed in the 3-bedroom unit: my mom, my brother, my sister & her husband & 3 children, my cousin, my husband, and me. We truly had a lovely time together. The rooms fit perfect for us. We cooked, we washed and dried our clothes, we watched movies, we swam, so many things we can do! The building management was kind enough to come to our room and give instructions on how to use the utilities at the unit. We stayed in other branches before, it's the same feel! We had a very pleasant stay at ascott kuningan jakarta, its a perfect place for staycation. The place is located strategically near the business district of jakarta. Thumbs up for the hygiene and cleanliness of the room. Cozy and luxurious atmosphere is what you get when entering the room. This place also connected to lotte shopping avenue with the resident access card. I only took photo of the swimming pool as I was amazed by the sunset view by the infinity pool. Will surely come back for another staycation in the future.

We stayed at 2 different units. One with three bedrooms and another one is a studio. Check-in was smooth. They had a check-in time at 3 pm and we came around 3.15-ish, so we had to wait for 20 minutes because there was a queue. It wasn't a problem. The reception staff was friendly and accommodating by putting our units on the same floor and literally next to each other (which is GREAT!), even though we had to wait because the previous renter of the studio had a late checkout. Both units were clean. The kitchen in the three-bedroom unit was complete. They provided a frying pan, boiling pan, plates, bowls, spoons and forks, electric stove, cups, wine glasses, microwave, and a new sponge on the sink. The outdoor swimming pool was huge and pretty! To enter, one adult needs one access card, though. Just FYI. Definitely a great place to stay with the whole family. Thank you.

I love this place. This is one of the best apartments you can get around Jakarta. I love the way they placed the bed, desk, even the smoking area. All of their staffs are kind and polite. You will enjoy the scenery and the room ambience. I am one of their happy-customers.

Clean, big huge space. It has refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, hot water pot. There is laundry machine too next to the door inside the kitchen. Very complete and worth the price. Staff also helpful and friendy, fast respon. Recommended for your holiday needs. Near PIM and gandaria city mall, only 7 minute drive, not far fron gajahmada food street, bakmi lungkee, nasi ulam premium 20k, ronde and bakmi shiang hie. Go to PIK pantjoran only 40 minute drive. Nice swimming pool but in the afternoon is better than morning swim cause kind of windy in the morning and evening, my kids shaking: D

Surely we'r coming back. A great place to spend with family

I had amazing stay (non overnight) here. All stafs were so helpful. At first, I was so reluctant and not convinced due to many bad reviews for this property. So I decided to call prior check in and the front office offered me for showing unit. Mba Ardilla from front office was really helpful before and during my stay. They assisted and accommodate our needs very well. They also had a room service to check whether we have everything's covered. One thing I think they should improve is lighting in the hallway. It was really dark and they don't have any room directory so guest can easily lost if not being directed. Marveoulous Suite room we booked has a very large living room and nice interior as it was recently renovated. Definitely will be back again and hope to get the same service.

The room is clean and spacious. The staff are very supporting and humble. I had a problem with my booking earlier on but with the help from Traveloka + the front officers, Mr. Aldo & Me. Gerry that problem is solved satisfactory. My 3 days stays at this place is really enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Room is clean. Only the check in took quite a long time. They can only do check in at 3 PM unlike other place. However the room and facilities are clean. Special thanks to the room boy who have helped me bringing my luggage Mr. Sophian. He provided an excellent service. My comment is make the check in time earlier.
