The hospitality was the best. They greeted me everytime they see me. The breakfast was various, but it could be better. The amenities were complete, but the way they arranged it was a bit weird (e. G. The water bottles and tissue were inside the bathroom and very minimum electric outlet). Overall, I can see why this hotel is one of the favorites among all.

The room was fragrant and impeccably clean, the air conditioning was refreshingly cold, and the hot water functioned flawlessly. The corner rooms, in particular, offer a generous amount of space, making them the largest options available. For those who appreciate a touch of nostalgia, the hotel has thoughtfully preserved some of its older, classic room designs. This allows guests to revisit a familiar ambiance, which is a unique and charming feature. Parking is ample, large beside the hotel. Remember to register your vehicle's license plate with the lobby to ensure complimentary parking during your stay. Furthermore, Surabaya Suites Hotel boasts a very convenient location, placing guests within easy reach of popular shopping malls and a diverse selection of restaurants. This accessibility enhances the overall experience, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers.

Everything okay. The only things that they need to be improved is in term of food, especially breakfast. In term of variance its okay but in term of taste need some improvement.

All great. No body lotion in room and a better seating arrangement in restaurant would be great.
