Stay in hotel Borobudur for a family staycation, we get a spacious room, complete facilities and a large playground and pool. Special credit to all staff in Borobudur especially Ms Yuli for the warm welcome and giving us an early check in and Ria escort us to the room and explain about the hotel facilities with a friendly gesture. Mr Handian and Herman from housekeeping always offer the guest need before I ask, Mr. Gerry explains about hotel facilities before I check in by phone with his friendly voice and Rizky who deliver our food explain about the ingredients even only the simple order, also the friendly 2 guys from maintenance who helping with the TV channel. Thank you for the hospitality, such an honour to be treated so nicely, definitely come back to this hotel Soon.

I enjoyed the hotel service for staycation during covid-19 situation. Most of the services are out of table the cafe, the pool, gym, spa, etc. You can get some entertainment at Kuningan City or any mall near there. The view I can saw from my room are cool.

Really glad to have a staycation in Wyndham, the room was big, even the bathroom was so spacious, and the swimming pool was so big. My kids love it. The breakfast is so varied, and it tastes good, they do have Indonesian famous noodles stall, there. The staff was so friendly, especially Pak Iskandar, who really helped us a lot, during our stay. The cleanliness also got the point, the room was clean and well maintained. The location was near Mall Kokas, only a 5mins walk and voila! Arrived. Thank you Wyndham, we’ll be back for sure.

Thank you for great first impression from front office staff. This hotel may old. Breakfast as good as always. Lovely swimming pool. We got room as requested. High floor through tugu tani view. Our room is convenient enough. But, I guess this hotel need to maintain/repair small things such as chair, flushing, air conditioner, mini fridge, and tea spoons especially in my room 1605. Jacuzzi at pool is not too hot anymore as we expected. Despite the weakness, we will return for the next Staycation.

Stayed here to watch a concert (like many others at the time) at the venue nearby and it was amazing. Decided last minute to book a stay here for convenience since only 15 minutes walk from the venue and did not regret a single thing. The price is on the higher side but you really get what you paid for. The service was excellent from the start, I was able to check in early in the morning, all the staffs (I mean like everyone) work their very best to provide the best service. I asked for extending a night and they accommodated so well. Room is excellent, breakfast has variety of choices too. Definitely would stay again if there 's an event nearby. Oh also I left my laptop charger by accident and they reached out via email really quick. Really appreciated it. Thank you so much Mulia!

We stayed at 2 different units. One with three bedrooms and another one is a studio. Check-in was smooth. They had a check-in time at 3 pm and we came around 3.15-ish, so we had to wait for 20 minutes because there was a queue. It wasn't a problem. The reception staff was friendly and accommodating by putting our units on the same floor and literally next to each other (which is GREAT!), even though we had to wait because the previous renter of the studio had a late checkout. Both units were clean. The kitchen in the three-bedroom unit was complete. They provided a frying pan, boiling pan, plates, bowls, spoons and forks, electric stove, cups, wine glasses, microwave, and a new sponge on the sink. The outdoor swimming pool was huge and pretty! To enter, one adult needs one access card, though. Just FYI. Definitely a great place to stay with the whole family. Thank you.

We stayed a night in Intercontinental Jakarta Pondok Indah last weekend. It's located in Pondok Indah Mall 2 so very strategic. We got early check in at 11 am, very efficient and fast respond. The lobby hotel have a magnificent luxury design. Our classic room also have a luxurious design and very spacious overlooking Pondok Indah Mall 3 and Jakarta cityscrappers. Our bathroom equipped with deep bathub and separate shower and closet. The housekeeping ask us whetever we ask for inroom need. Breakfast was awesome with plenty of food and drink. The swimming pool also the wow factor because they implemented strict healthy protocol. Maximum of 12 guests can enjoy the whole pool with reservation. I think, Intercontinental Jakarta Pondok Indah is the best luxurious hotel in South Jakarta. With best services and facilities, surely we will back here. Thank you intercontinental Jakarta

10 people stayed in the 3-bedroom unit: my mom, my brother, my sister & her husband & 3 children, my cousin, my husband, and me. We truly had a lovely time together. The rooms fit perfect for us. We cooked, we washed and dried our clothes, we watched movies, we swam, so many things we can do! The building management was kind enough to come to our room and give instructions on how to use the utilities at the unit. We stayed in other branches before, it's the same feel! Had a great stay, perfect for family vacation. Staffs were great and very attentive. Room was very neat and clean, the food was also delicious, however did find some expired sugars on the table but the staff quickly replaced it. All is Great on 8th floor (Queen Bed as requested) for 2 nights, But when I'm extended for 2 more nights, The staff suggested to the 7th floor, it's a twin bed but setting up to become one bed and the view of the city was really not clear. Then, one of the staff suggested to move again to the other side room (even its still the same floor).|Well. It's not bad, although the view mostly to the Apartment of Royal Medit than the City View. The last room, not bad. And So Far, good. Just need improvement for the Breakfast. From the variety & taste. Thanks Pullman. Best of success.

Suhoor meal menu was not as much as breakfast meal menu, while the price of Suhoor meal was same as breakfast.
Suggestion, the price of meals at suhoor should be cheaper than breakfast.

one from two lift wasn't running without clear information, so always queing.
