Clean room, standard amnesties. Breakfast was good as many choices available to pick. Parking is free complimentary from the hotel which is very economic for the pocket. Apart from that long queue was seen during peak hour on the weekend for check in. Anyway, it was one of my fav hotel list that I am sure to stay there again.

I feel so lucky to booked the Prime Hotel online. I feel comfortable to stay here for 3 nights. All the staff that I met were very helpful and polite to answered my question. The room big enough for me and I feel safe as I stay alone. I came around 10pm and the checked in process was very quick 👍🏻 The room was clean and up to my expectation consider the price. And I love it because it just walking distance to the shopping places are such as Pavillion, Sunge Wang and the bukit bintang areas as well as monorail stations. I didn't put much expectation in the hotel as it looked like an old hotel from the exterior. I chose it because it was near my grandma's place. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was blown away by the interior and the service. But then when I went to room is when I texted my friends to try this hotel. The newly refurbished room is beautiful, clean. And just perfect. A definite must stay.

Location in the super busy area, in front of Alor street. If you are foodies this is the right hotel to stay. Close to the MRT access you can choose Pintu A Bukit Bintang just a few step to Hotel door. 1 minus thing is only the sound prof, every day have a live band entertainment on the street until 1.30 am, the noise will make you uncomfortable to sleep.
