I enjoyed the hotel service for staycation during covid-19 situation. Most of the services are out of table the cafe, the pool, gym, spa, etc. You can get some entertainment at Kuningan City or any mall near there. The view I can saw from my room are cool.

Stayed here to watch a concert (like many others at the time) at the venue nearby and it was amazing. Decided last minute to book a stay here for convenience since only 15 minutes walk from the venue and did not regret a single thing. The price is on the higher side but you really get what you paid for. The service was excellent from the start, I was able to check in early in the morning, all the staffs (I mean like everyone) work their very best to provide the best service. I asked for extending a night and they accommodated so well. Room is excellent, breakfast has variety of choices too. Definitely would stay again if there 's an event nearby. Oh also I left my laptop charger by accident and they reached out via email really quick. Really appreciated it. Thank you so much Mulia!

Really glad to have a staycation in Wyndham, the room was big, even the bathroom was so spacious, and the swimming pool was so big. My kids love it. The breakfast is so varied, and it tastes good, they do have Indonesian famous noodles stall, there. The staff was so friendly, especially Pak Iskandar, who really helped us a lot, during our stay. The cleanliness also got the point, the room was clean and well maintained. The location was near Mall Kokas, only a 5mins walk and voila! Arrived. Thank you Wyndham, weโll be back for sure.

We had a very pleasant stay at ascott kuningan jakarta, its a perfect place for staycation. The place is located strategically near the business district of jakarta. Thumbs up for the hygiene and cleanliness of the room. Cozy and luxurious atmosphere is what you get when entering the room. This place also connected to lotte shopping avenue with the resident access card. I only took photo of the swimming pool as I was amazed by the sunset view by the infinity pool. Will surely come back for another staycation in the future.

I am celebrating my anniversary with my husband, and Gran Melia is the perfect place to have these special moments. From the moment I arrived, Ben escorted me to the red-level reception, and Ben was accommodating and attentive. He happily explained the perks of red level, and even after we parted ways, Ben sought out my husband, who arrived later from the parking lot and escorted him again upstairs. In the red-level lounge, I was greeted by Anas, who is one of the best hoteliers I have ever met. Anas is not only warm and welcoming, but her hospitality is also beyond what I have previously encountered. When I came back here, I wished Anas would be the one who helped me again! Donny also greeted and cared for me, who made such a good cup of coffee! Now the room, where should I start? They upgraded us for free to the deluxe suite; The room is gorgeous. The bathtub made my day as it 's enormous and very comfortable. They even gave me a small cake to celebrate my anniversary. On top of that, they gifted me vouchers to dine at Yoshi Izakaya (my and my husband 's favorite Japanese restaurant), so this time, I was pampered by Gran Melia. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and I am 100 % will be back to stay in the red-level rooms again. Thank you, Gran Melia Jakarta!

We stayed a night in Intercontinental Jakarta Pondok Indah last weekend. It's located in Pondok Indah Mall 2 so very strategic. We got early check in at 11 am, very efficient and fast respond. The lobby hotel have a magnificent luxury design. Our classic room also have a luxurious design and very spacious overlooking Pondok Indah Mall 3 and Jakarta cityscrappers. Our bathroom equipped with deep bathub and separate shower and closet. The housekeeping ask us whetever we ask for inroom need. Breakfast was awesome with plenty of food and drink. The swimming pool also the wow factor because they implemented strict healthy protocol. Maximum of 12 guests can enjoy the whole pool with reservation. I think, Intercontinental Jakarta Pondok Indah is the best luxurious hotel in South Jakarta. With best services and facilities, surely we will back here. Thank you intercontinental Jakarta

I stayed here on January 2022. Health protocols are carried out properly such as temperature checks and security checks before entering the lobby, hand sanitizers at several points, health kits, restrictions on swimming pool visitors with the advance reservation method. The hotel lobby looks luxurious and artistic. In the lobby there is also a bar (The Writer's Bar), a prayer room, toilets, and a reception desk. All hotel staff did good service and friendly. The check in and check out process is fast. Nice welcome drink. Spacious room, divided into 4 segments/sections: wardrobe, living room, bed, and bathroom. Large wardrobe plus mirror. Living room with a sofa, TV, work desk with complete plugs, the bed and living room are separated by a large sliding door. The bedroom has a large size bed, there is another TV here, with a beautiful city view. The bathroom is spacious, I like the bathtub design which has an artistic and warm impression. Amenities are very complete starting from bathfoam, bar soap, liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash, comb, sewing kit, hairdryer, and many more. The bathroom is equipped with a large mirror and double sink, Beautiful shower, and a state-of-the-art toilet. This bathroom also connected to the foyer and wardrobe. There are many other facilities at this hotel, ranging from a large swimming pool with a beautiful design, whirlpool, pool bar, jogging track and spacious garden, gym, spa, and others. I tried the Singapore Sling at Navina Bar, recommended for enjoying breezy poolside. Breakfast is at the Arts Cafe. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful, various choice of food and drink. All the food and drinks here are delicious. If you eat here I recommend the beef soup, it tastes the best. The hotel also has direct access to Lotte Shopping Avenue. My suggestion for this hotel is maybe the room window shroud can be made automatically with a button, free pressing or laundry service for 1 or 2 pieces of clothes, free shuttle to the mall or tourist attractions. And in my opinion, when I first arrived, I was not greeted well by the front staff (the one with white suit), they not greet me, not help me to carry goods to security check, nor they offer a help to do so. Also security at xray check tended to be a bit indifferent. Maybe this is a simple thing but it would be even better if the service could be improved considering this is a high class hotel in Jakarta. But overall I really enjoyed my stay here and will recommend this hotel๐๐ป

I booked twin bed on OTA because they only open for twin bed. After finalized my resv then they're open deluxe king double bed on OTA, upon check in I already asking the upgrade fee if possible to get deluxe king bed because they still available on that type, then I asking again by call to reception but they don't give me any solution. Then bed sheet also have much of spot, you should improve the cleanliness. Such as dispointed experience.

Really low maintenance. Many things have to be upgraded (too old) and everything is dirty. I requested no smoking room but the whole room fully smelled smoke. Lobby is poor, the carpet is dirty and broken and the smell's not good. Hope the hotel management take concerns on this.
