Overall I am satisfied with the room. The facility is as its price. But the location is very convenient due to very closed location to the Sudirman BNI city stasiun (for access to Soeta Airport). Getting food is no problem as many warungs are located near the hotel. The staff are also very nice, I booked through app at 09.20 am for the same day stay and no problem et all during my check-in at 2.00 pm

Everything is a great and excited. Staff are very helpful and polite, The Room is spacious, elegant and very clean. The bed is very large and super comfy. Bathroom also in good conditions and spacious too. The views from my room is the best, and the important one is the location is accesible to everywhere cause it near everywhere too. Staying at Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta Thamrin was an amazing moment for my life and you mus try. Thank you for your hospitality and will come back again in future.

I checked in there at afternoon and checked out at midnight I was their with my wife for our anniversary but it was wrong hotel the worst 5 stars hotel I been in my life in in whole Indonesia, I was in resturant with my wife for dinner and there was a group of company’s staff having dinner and screaming like kids in play ground for hours I can’t even have chat with my wife, so when I asked the restaurant’s manager to do some thing he told me they are celebrating so it’s okay! So I talked to duty manager and she gave us an offer to go to swimming pool to sit there than talk to them to lower their voice and the duty manger she was so so so rude and angry trying hard to give a fake smile, really my day and night was ruined because of them the worst 5 star hotel I been in my whole life, so I moved to the Langham hotel they know how to treat their clients very well.
