Best Hotels in West Java

Great hotel to stay over night for family trip. Great breakfast with good taste and also the food variation. The cleanliness and the bedroom was good.

Lighting is not support to do paper work at night.

The room was old, cleanliness is bad, the bathtub is leak, the hand shower is shaky, carpet is spot everywhere, the chair is ripped, however the staff is offering me to move to better room but I see the same condition, their service recovery was great they give me complimentary for mini zoo access and free feeding, if yoi going with family this place have so many attractive area but the room need to be improve or renovate.

I was booking my room in advance, and asking for nonsmoking room but they can provide it, they was trying to clear the smell from the room but it wasn't working properly. But overall the staff was nice but it wasn't good experience for me. Hope they get better.

Saya pesan 1 malam saja. Kamar Mandi saluran air nya mampet sehingga banjir saat Mandi. Shower juga tdk lancar aliran airnya. Sudah terlalu capek jd sampai di hotel ga priksa2 Da Lat sebelum jd di kamar tsb. Tlg pihak hotel memeriksa kembali dan memberikan kamar yang tidak bermasalah kepada konsumen. Kita butuh beristirahat Bukan lg utk cek2 kamar.

Happy to stay here even just one night. Easy to check in, The bedroom so comfortable, but I found ants near refrigerator and The issues for breakfast menu, they serve a lot of variations of breakfast menus, but the taste for me personally, none of them are very satisfying. Oh ya and the last one a lil bit disappointed because the hot water in the jacuzzi is only available on weekends huhu.

Overall was good. Just in concern with the cleans of bathroom and road access to hotel still in progress. A bit confusing. But hopefully next staycation would be much better.
