My room is on 9th floor. The POP Room that I reserved was pretty large. The bathroom is a bit small, but it's not a deal breaker. I honestly very happy with my stay. The room staff also pretty nice and fast processing my order. The hotel is also adjacent with the Festival CItylink Mall.

The hotel is very comfortable. The one who checked me in, she was incredibly friendly and definitely what a reception needs to be. I couldn't notice her name because I was so tired after arriving. But I hope the duty manager could recognizes her and check her shift, because she has done a great job for her hospitality. She suggested me some cool and unique cafes too in bandung, very informative and the hotel is overall very cozy and strategic in terms of location. Love it!

Overall the room is cozy & pleasant. We booked 2 rooms cause we just need transit as we move from 1 city to another overland. My room was perfect, in the other room, the bed was somewhat old that the head side is lower than the feet. However, we had a great night rest. Thank you Cordella :)

just had minor issues with the restaurant greeting staff who apparently busy to talk with each other. and no one was asking or initiative to offered take my bags to room or my car when checked out.

Staff was very helpful and breakfast was very complete. Even a sunday service church on sunday. The only issue was the smell in the hallway to our room and the elevators were not working properly we had to wait a long time for the elevator to come. Sometimes they even not work at all. Its a bit frustrating when you are allready late for breakfast. But over all we had a very enjoyable stay.
