One of the best new hotel. The staff was very friendly and amazingly some of them asked my name and everytime I met them they called me with my name. It was a great effort. The food taste was standard for 5 star hotel (I tried in room dining and makan kitchen) but the portion was so great. This is the first time I ate in room dining in hotel and really full. The breakfast is really complete most of everything was there except smoked salmon (but its okay it just my preference). The room was spacious. I was not stay at suite but the room was spacious. The amanities was great, but it supose to have pairs of everything since my booking is for 2 pax. But I only have one and need to request (but they just came right away). Location was great. At the city center. Near with local street food and mall. Definitely will come back again.

I stayed for the new years eve. I searched for available hotels near the city center two days before, and found some good deals in Majapahit Hotels. The reservation went fast, I got great service from the receptionists and staffs. The strategic location was perfect for spending joyful event, without feeling disturbed because the room location was quiet far from the festival. The room was huge and comfortable, with beautiful and classic design, equipped with beautiful bathroom with shower and bathtub. I went swimming, Jacuzzi, and sauna. The breakfast was nice, with wide range of choice from local and international menus. The checkout process went fast. Generally speaking, it was worth the price to stay at this 5-stars and historical hotel.

We had a pleasure stay because the room exceeded our expectations. The complete modern facilities, cleanliness, vibes, security, staffs are doing their best job. We felt like home during our stay, we have all we need, I can cook and eat whatever I wanted, the bed is large and comfy, each lighting are adjustable, even the bathroom’s air conditioner can be set without interrupting main AC, the hot water always runs smoothly and we have Superindo just a walk away to buy our needs easily. The security guards even helped me crossing the busy road. I would definitely book an executive room again someday.

Overall, we were quite satisfied with our 2-night stay at Wyndham Hotel Surabaya to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel's location is very accessible, whether by private vehicle or public transportation (with Suroboyo Bus corridor R1 and Trans Semanggi K2 available). The check-in and check-out process was quick, front desk staff were friendly, as were the other staff and security guards who helped adjust the motorcycles when it was difficult to take our vehicle out due to the very tight parking space. Room size was spacious, even for a Deluxe room, featuring a 50-inch smart TV and stable Wi-Fi for streaming Netflix and YouTube in 1080p resolution.
However, there were a few minor issues that need improvement, such as some peeling wallpaper and the motorcycle parking area being very cramped and narrow. Additionally, the towels we received were somewhat old (with a tag indicating 2022), and although they were still clean in terms of color, some threads were already fraying on the edges.
