The staff at the lobby was very helpful in handling my problem with the room key. And of course, the food at the rooftop is awesome! Especially the Nasi Goreng Batiqa 🔥 Very recommended! Their food taste mid, they don't have a proper dinning hall, the variation of food is also not good, the fruit not fresh. When I arrived the chicken is out, and I have to ask before they send new chicken and it doesn't taste fresh.
