From the first time my foot step the Santika Pandegiling I feel the warm welcome from the staff. The receptionist voice intonation was so perfect so that make me feel like I am welcoming by them, if I am not mistaken her name was Ellen. Then again I enter room and I was surprise when I saw a welcome cake and welcome letter with my name mentioned in the table, small touch but meaningful. The breakfast was so delicious. Everything was so amazing here. For sure I will be coming back here

They gave me a non-smoking room as I requested and I am so grateful for that. And what great next is that they gave guests a reusable and refilled water bottle and glasses so that no plastic wasted. The staff at the lobby was very helpful in handling my problem with the room key. And of course, the food at the rooftop is awesome! Especially the Nasi Goreng Batiqa 🔥 Very recommended! Their food taste mid, they don't have a proper dinning hall, the variation of food is also not good, the fruit not fresh. When I arrived the chicken is out, and I have to ask before they send new chicken and it doesn't taste fresh.

Very helpful staff, spacious room (even for three people). Working water heater. Our room was cleaned every day. Food was delicious, albeit not much of a variety. It 's no doubt that I'll stay here in the future.
