The location is only a few light walks away from Tunjungan Plaza, which is nice. The room itself is nice and a proper rest is possible here. I applaud the shower too which has functioning partition door to separate it from the toilet. For this price, its really good!

I had a good time staying in this hotel, I stayed for 7 days. The room is clean, not that big but I like it and it is enough for me who had a solo trip and more to staycation. Their services also good, the best! Friendly, helpful. Every day they'll change the towel added the water to drink (which so helpful for me because I drink water quite often), and clean the room as well. I'd love to stay here again next time when I visit Surabaya. Too bad I haven't tried their food, they have a restaurant too by the way.

I booked a junior room for a night. The location of the hotel is quite strategic, close to some attractive places like Batu Night Spectacular. The room isn't that big, but it has 2 queen beds which are good for a family consists of 3-4 people. The room is comfortable, but the light is rather dark. The hotel has an excellent swimming pool for kids. It also has a restaurant with various kinds of food. The staff are also nice. I may stay here again next time when I go to Batu.

My 2nd time here.. Still have a really really satisfying experience.. The room were super comfortable.. The ac is cool.. Breakfast very delicious.. They got smart tv in the room so I can watch YouTube directly.. I love this hotel!! Will totally come back again when I visit Malang.

the service is very friendly.. especially the front desk guy I don't know his name.. they have few parking lots if you want to ask for free parking you can get it from the front desk guy.. my request was granted too.. they also have water dispenser so you can refill water freely.. but don't drink the water that displayed in your room because they are for sale... I really enjoyed and had good time in this hotel.. thank you very much.. will come back another time maybe..

Cleanroom, good health protocol, clean swimming pool, a wide range of breakfast variety and delicious too but I think my favorite beef sausage was no longer served. That's OK though. Top-notch food. The car park is located in a building behind the hotel, quite far but you can ask for a free valet. Attentive staff like Andika, imam the security guy, well so many I can't write it down here. You guys are awesome! This hotel is highly recommended for sure!

Smelly bathroom at second day, flush didn't work better (especially. Day 3), need to be repaired so it can work properly. Other than that I had bad experience with noisy neighbourhood/guest next to my room, and there's no one hotel staff try to inform them. Last, there's different staff greeting standard (some staff greet me, some just passed by)

pictures speak for themselves.. place was completely empty, smelt a thousand years old, everywhere outside the hotel room was very hot, most facility looked like it hadn't been touched in a long time, and most shockingly we couldn't even get in! the front was completely shut by banners and seemed as though the hotel hasn't been running. there was a demo in the front of the hotel, that allegedly had been happening since years ago? finding the place to park was difficult as well, as the security kept directing us there but it was constandly shut. honestly what made me most uncomfortable was how empty and creepy the place felt. not sure what was happening there, but just leaving this review to make sure people are aware of the situation there, as I wasn't and had to deal with that.
