Nice hotel to stay at center of mataram city.

The room was pretty clean, but the foods were not very good, the variety of the foods were not many and the taste were mediocre. But the location was good and you can find many other dishes outside the hotel.

Great place for business stay, located in city center make it easy for accomodations.

Cheap, clean, accessibility to center city, easy to get food all in one here.

Quite nice hotel to stay despite the beds were separated.

Located near the airport. The room is clean and comfortable.

The Executive suite is a great choice for luxury at the price point I stayed at. The room is twice the size of a regular one and has a better view of the city skyline.

Make sure the receptionist give you what room you request. I book sea view room but he just simply give me a room with roof top view and full of three. I request double bed and he want to give me one king bed. And said no more room becoz he want to give to other group. That is not the way how you treat your guest. Upgrade better not to downgrade to far. They give me 3 times and diffrent room before I get what I request and pay. Thanks

Fantastic experience from the moment we walked in and welcome ginger lemon grass tea. Rooms were spectacular and views from every room. Would recommend to all.
