The room is good with strategic location.

The location and services is top notch. The hotel is located at the center of Pulau Tikus area where you can commute easily to Gurney Drive (Hawker Street at night), Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon. For those who goes there for medical check-up, it is also a good place to stay, since it is clean and close to Adventist, Island and Gleneagle hospital. For those who wants to enjoy Penang, this place is a worth place to stay.

I’d totally recommend this hotel. The breakfast was awesome, something for everyone. Location was great. Pool area massive. Their private beach was beautiful, there were some horses that available to rent.

the service was superb.. I even celebrate my dinner anniversary there, they deco my table for free and give us present!

The best hotel to enjoy with family. We have our kids loving the pool and bathtub. The room is clean and the breakfast is awesome. Wide variety of food and very tasty.

I had the most wonderful time. the people are nice from the front door to the services at the lobby. the room are clean. the swimming pool super nice. cafe is cool an vintage. the food at breakfast was so awesome. so much varieties.

Perfect location with calming sea view. Extremely comfortable mattress and pillows that forced me to look out for the brand. Towels smell fresh and staff are polite and helpful. AC and water pressure were more than sufficient. They use smart TV with good selection of movies in case you decided to stay in room. Breakfast is limited but taste is above average. In terms of room cleanliness, there's a need for improvement. Balcony area was neglected by housekeeper. I saw at least 2 lizard dropping on the chair and bathtub. A bit dusty around the corner too. Regardless I will come again for the perfect view this place has to offer.

Overall the stay was exceptional. The hotel is utterly beautiful. I just love the concept. The pool is simply gorgeous. I’ll be back soon.

The best hotel experience I had! The service, staffs, room accommodation, cleanliness and everything are all chef’s kiss ~ 😘 My boyfriend and I felt like the experience is so surreal because it’s too good to be true 😆 The staffs, environment and the complimentary things they’ve prepared in the room made us feel very much welcome. Tips: open some lofi on the smart TV and sip on the complimentary TWG tea in the bathing robe...it feels like we’re in heaven 👼🏻✨

The room looked exactly like the picture, spacious and comfy. Breakfast was delicious a lot if variety. My Kids' love so much the swimming pool and kids room have a game rooms and play room.

We had a pleasant stay at the duplex room. Welcomed by a very friendly and helpful staff. The room is very clean equipped with exclusive amenities. Located in the middle of Georgetown so it's a plus!
